Short Inspiring Stories: This Is So Inspiring

short inspiring stories : I learn from mistakes, don’t make the mistake of repeating my mistakes , inspiring:- PV Sindhu

“There is no doubt that there are many young players doing very well in badminton in India and they can definitely bring medals. Only one thing should be kept in mind – hard work is the key to success.

It shouldn’t happen that you win a match and start thinking that it’s all done, I won this big match. This is not the right way. One should think that every day is a new beginning. Every day is a new lesson. You can learn as much as you want. I am learning too. Even after winning two medals in the Olympics, I feel that I am learning everyday. Every morning I feel step by step this is the beginning.

I started playing at the age of eight and a half, then my first coach was Mehboob Ali. on the railway ground where my father

Used to play volleyball, I also used to go there. There used to be badminton coaching on one corner of this ground, I went there only for fun. Later it was realized that the game could be progressed. I joined Gopichand Academy at the age of ten and a half and since then my training continues till date.

After many compromises and ups and downs you realize that something is ‘learning’. This feeling is greater in case of defeat. Whenever I lost a big match, everyone wanted to know what happened! I wonder what happened and how! No one has ever got answers to them. All I do is go to my room and shut up and talk to myself for a bit. I believe that I have lost the match because of my own mistakes, I watch my matches. Then I tell myself

Never mind, it all doesn’t end here. There are many more tournaments to come… This match is not my end. I am one of those who motivate themselves. ifind positive things out of every match. mistakes

learn from them and work on them. The biggest thing… never makes the mistake of repeating those mistakes.

I never think that I have lost the last final, how will I play now. If you start thinking like this, you will always lose. It is good to forget everything and start afresh. Focus on the next goal. You are giving your 100 per cent, that is enough… Losing and winning don’t matter, they are the latter.

I don’t know what people will think! I think about the moment I am in. If I am in the final, I will think about winning it, focus on winning the set, rather I will focus on getting points. Victory and defeat are part of life and always will be. (Things said while interacting with animation students in Hyderabad in the year 2019)

  • Win or lose, I always focus on giving my 100 percent.
  • It is very important not to lose confidence even when you lose and to be strong, because you know the next tournaments are coming, and you have to be ready for it.
  • You sometimes win, sometimes you lose. It’s part of life. It has to be taken in a positive way. Hard work is the key to success.
